Beef:
Our free range grass fed cattle are allowed to grow and mature slowly, to give a full flavored meat.
(2-2½ years, as apposed to some supermarkets, beef, that never sees a blade of fresh grass, and are 1-1½ years old)
The sides of beef are then hung in our fridge, to mature for 2-3 week, before being professional butchered on site.Pork:
Our free range Pork, comes from a farm in Surrey, where they are allowed to grow in a natural outdoor environment.
