About Us

William and Toby Dalton are fourth generation farmers and have been farming in the Ickenham area for the past 100 years. Due to the decline in agriculture it was no longer financially viable to continue dairy farming; therefore we decided to diversify the business by lettings, stabling and our very successful farm shop.

We retained our beef herd and in 2006 we opened our farm shop to sell the beef direct to the public.
